Claims Policy:
- All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, Gift Basket Masters will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction.
Chocolate Policy:
- From May-September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value.
- If the gift basket you choose in primarily chocolate such as "Chocolate Delights," "Truffle Towers," or "Chocolate Treasures," beginning May 15th all such chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day Air. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS. UPS does not guarantee perishable goods.
- If the basket of choice only has one or two chocolate items, these items will be substituted. Chocolate is very tricky during the heat of the summer, and your recipient can be very unhappy with their gift if it arrives melted!
Fruit Policy:
- Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions.
- If ordered Monday through Wednesday, Standard and Next Day Air shipping are the available options.
- If ordered Thursday, Next Day Air shipping is the only option.
- If ordered Friday, Next Day Air for Saturday delivery is the only option.
(All fruit orders placed on Friday via "Standard" ground will be shipped on Monday.)
Fulfillment Policy:
- Gift Basket Masters will make every effort to ship and fill all orders received. However if an order can not be filled we will notify the customer within one business day. Additional credits will not be offered in the event we can not fill an order.
Guarantee Policy:
- Gift Basket Masters will make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction. We will replace or refund the retail value of any gift, deemed damaged or defective. Claims for Damage must be made within 3 days of delivery. Gift Basket Masters guarantees all gifts that are shipped to have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them. (Substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater to the substituted product. Every effort will be made to substitute within the same "family" of products at all times.) If you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied with your gift basket, please contact us immediately and we will make it right!

- Please take note that we are closed and no shipping will occur on the following days. All orders due to ship on these days will ship the next business day.

Incorrect Address Policy:
- Gift Basket Masters can not be responsible for a gift being misdelivered or being delivered late when an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied during the checkout process. We will ship to the address supplied on the order. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information will result in redelivery charges. All orders must be completed with the correct address: Name, Company Name (if applicable), Apartment or Suite Number (if applicable), City, State and Zip code.
- A $15.00 Fee will be added to your bill when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to make an address correction or when a suite number/apartment number is not supplied. This fee may and will be incurred any time a zip code, city and state do not match. This fee is charged to us by the carriers so we must then charge it to you.
- Claims or requests for refunds on gifts returned due to a bad address unfortunately can not be honored.
- Claims for late deliveries due to missing suite numbers / apartment numbers or incorrect information unfortunately can not be honored.
- GiftBasketMasters.com can not be held responsible for shipping delays which result from problems on the part of Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or any other Carriers we use. GiftBasketMasters.com cannot be responsible for any other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather delays, labor strikes or acts of God, etc. Delivery times during peak holiday seasons are not guaranteed by any of our carriers, so please place your order allowing additional time for shipping.
Ordering Policy:
- No minimum purchase required.
- Orders: Orders will be accepted in the following two methods:
- 1. On-line ordering by using the http://www.giftbasketmasters.com/ order system (This is our Preferred Method).
- 2. Via e-mail by sending an order to: Sales@GiftBasketMasters.com
- 3. Via telephone for shipments to: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International APO and FBO addresses.
- All orders placed with 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day air shipping by 10:00 am PST will ship the same day. All orders placed after 10:00 am PST will ship the next business day. All ground orders are guaranteed to ship within one to two business days. Most orders will arrive within 3-4 business days from the date of shipment via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Service.
- In the event you need to make a change to an order you must contact us before 10:00 am PST on the day the gift is scheduled to ship. If you contact us after the gift has been picked up by the carrier we will make every effort to make the correction with the carrier's assistance. Gift Basket Masters can not be held responsible for orders delivered late or lost due to a carrier's inability to make a correction.
- When your order has been successfully processed and shipped you will receive an email verifying that the order has been shipped. That email will also contain your tracking number (if applicable). It will also contain a link to the shipper's website so that you can track your order.
Returns Policy:
- In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient, all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the customer's bill. Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to Gift Basket Masters plus any address correction fees.
- Gift Basket Masters will allow a 7 day return policy during which any recipient may return a gift at their own expense, within 7 days of receiving it, if not completely satisfied. A refund of the retail cost of the gift only will be honored.
Sales Tax Policy:
- We are required to collect Nevada Sales Tax on any orders shipped to an address in Nevada.
Shipping Policy:
- Various Express Shipping methods and charges are displayed for each item that you select, so during the checkout process you may upgrade to Express Shipping if you desire.
- Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered delivery dates or shipping days and they do not count towards the time a package is in transit to its destination.
- We can ship all of our baskets anywhere in the United States. We are able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but shipping takes an extra day to get there, and the charges from the shippers are a bit higher. Please call us to place your order.
- We ship most products to Canada via Global Express Mail (3-5 days) or USPS Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days). There are size limitations so call to place your order. These shipments take an extra day to ship out USPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments as placing a claim with USPS is virtually impossible. So, these are shipped at your own risk. We have had a very good success rate with this service during the 90 day test phase conducted. In addition, there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.
- International shipments are limited to Military APO and FBO address only. If you need to ship to APO and FPO addresses, please call us or email us for shipping details. All these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition, there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances as placing a claim with USPS is virtually impossible. You ship these orders at your own risk.
Substitutions Policy:
- Gift Basket Masters will make every effort to fill each order exactly as specified on the content listings. However in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions. During hot weather months all chocolate items will be substituted with hard candy items of equal or greater value unless the gift basket is primarily chocolate.
